Sisu Farms

Sisu Farms produces grass-fed, grass-finished Highland beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs from its livestock operation in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain Valley. Its cattle graze on pasture throughout the year, and calves remain with their mothers for a minimum of four months. The farm also raises pigs with natural forage and outdoor sun exposure, while chickens and turkeys are kept on pasture. Animal husbandry excludes chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics, and the farm uses humane methods. Its food output includes beef, pork, poultry, turkey, and free-range eggs.

Established in 2018, the family-owned operation was founded by Asa and Aila Holley on the land where Asa grew up. It uses regenerative rotational grazing to manage livestock movement, with soil health and pasture restoration forming central goals of its land-management approach. The business distributes seasonal Community Supported Agriculture shares to local households and supplies curated food bundles through home delivery in Winter Park, Fraser, and the greater Denver area. This distribution model connects regional buyers with farm output across seasonal purchasing cycles.
