Helvetiq SA

Helvetiq is an international publisher based in Switzerland, bringing together books and games under a creative direction shaped by play, print, and design. Its work spans printed publishing and game publishing, placing the company at the intersection of reading, visual culture, and shared play. The physical character of print, the imaginative potential of games, and considered design form the defining principles behind its publishing activity.

Illustrated storytelling is an established part of its book publishing programme. Squirrels: This Is Not a Book About Dinosaurs, an award-winning picture book, brings an outspoken dinosaur together with an intelligent squirrel to explore the idea that every character has a story to tell. This focus on narrative, illustration, and accessible ideas complements the company’s broader identity as a publisher whose books and games are informed by the pleasures of play and the craft of print.
