MA's Tropical Food Processing produces packaged food products under the MA's Kitchen, Dads Garden, Happy Home, MA's Happy Life Kitchen, New Beginnings, Pasta Roma and Planters Kitchen brands. Its catalogue covers spices such as cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom and chilli, together with curry pastes, curry powders and spice blends, curry roux, seasonings, cooking sauces, salad dressings, sauces and mustards. It also offers meal kits, noodles, soups, rice seasonings, peanut butter, beverages, cheese and ready-to-eat products. Specific items include Ambul Thiyal Paste, beef curry mix and paste, biriyani masala, black pepper wok sauce, barbecue seasoning, Japanese brown curry roux, garlic and chilli sauce, and chilli and garlic cream cheese.

The business began in 1986 and operates a factory in Dambulla. Its first export shipment left the factory within a year of establishment, and the facility underwent its largest expansion in 2017, doubling production capacity and introducing new technology. In 1995, it acquired Happy Home, adding chutneys, pickles and pachadis to its meal-related offerings. Its products are supplied for five-star hotels, airline galleys, fast-food chains and multinational food manufacturers, supporting foodservice and industrial food preparation. The company obtained SQF certification in 2003 and FLOCERT Fair Trade certification for ethical sourcing and responsible partnerships.
