RODING Mobility GmbH develops, designs, and manufactures components and complete systems for future mobility concepts. Its offering includes carbon fiber-reinforced plastic and glass fiber-reinforced plastic components, fiber composite assemblies, monocoque and frame structures, and high-voltage battery storage and drive systems. The company supplies 48 V storage systems for L5e and L7e vehicles, 800 V automotive traction batteries, and battery systems for maritime and heavy-duty applications. Its RODING Mobility Lightweight EV Platform combines vehicle structures, batteries, and drive solutions for electrified low-volume sports cars, while a modular 48 V system kit supports last-mile delivery and micro-EV concepts.

The company works from concept development, component design, simulation, and engineering through production and final machining of composite parts and assemblies in small and medium series. It develops prototypes and production-ready systems for automotive, aerospace, maritime, Formula 1, medical technology, machinery, electronics, measurement technology, furniture, and sporting goods applications. In-house manufacturing covers prototypes as well as small and medium production runs. Development work for battery and drive systems includes documentation for manufacturing, testing, and validation with certified partners, as well as homologation support. The company also develops drive control unit and battery management system software using ISO 26262-compliant hardware and control units. Founded in 2008, it employs a team of 80 and works with SK TECHNOLOGY and IXENT.
