Skywell New Energy Vehicles Group Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures, sells and services new energy commercial vehicles and core components from Nanjing. Its vehicle operations span buses, logistics vehicles, specialty vehicles, trucks and forklifts, engineered around fully electric, fuel cell, hybrid and plug in hybrid powertrains. The group organizes its portfolio under the SKYWORTH vehicle brand, SKYSOURCE components brand and SKYWORTH S+ technology brand. It develops and produces electric powertrains, smart cockpits and autonomous driving technologies internally, with capabilities across key electric vehicle systems.

Established in 2010, the group operates production bases in Nanjing, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Hohhot, Weinan and Huainan, and has exported vehicles to more than 100 cities across 45 international markets. Its Central Research Institute, Global Design Center and Digital Intelligence Research Institute work with five testing centers and an R&D staff of more than 800. The company has filed over 1,700 patents, participated in revising 14 national and industry standards, and received eight provincial scientific and technological progress awards. Its engineering work includes battery swapping standardization for fully electric heavy trucks and the production of unmanned mining trucks.
