CEER Motors is a Saudi electric vehicle original equipment manufacturer developing vehicles for Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. Incorporated in 2022, the company holds an industrial license for electric vehicle manufacturing from the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. Its vehicle development combines automotive engineering, design, intelligent in-car features, and a sensory sound identity with more than thirty vehicle sounds. The company’s planned portfolio includes flagship sedans and SUVs, developed with attention to regional climate, terrain, and driving conditions. It is preparing for an electric vehicle launch in 2026.

Backed by the Public Investment Fund and working with Foxconn and component technology partners, the company is building an automotive supply chain and manufacturing base in Saudi Arabia. Construction has begun on its manufacturing facility, while the CEER Manufacturing Complex in King Abdullah Economic City is being equipped with a paint shop through a partnership with Dürr. Commercial agreements signed at the 2026 PIF Private Sector Forum support the expansion of domestic sourcing, with a target of 45% Saudi localization by 2034. The company also works with the National Automotive and Vehicles Academy on an automotive manufacturing technology diploma program, linking industrial development with workforce training. Its activity contributes to Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative’s net-zero objective for 2060.
