I am fully certified in a program called "pelleres" which is know for being one of the best strength & conditioning / movement programs in the world very few people are certified with this cert.. Which helps increase quality of life and performance output by Reducing the risk of injury and can be used for Improving rehabilitation after injury. I also have my cert 3 in health & fitness and i am currently completing my cert 4 in personal training.

I have some of the best coaches not only in Australia but the "world", which continues to broaden my knowledge on the whole industry. I am young, fit, commited, dedicated & extremely knowledgeable and wanting to share my knowledge with all the up and coming youth along with those wanting to either learn self defence, build there confidence, just for fun or even as well for those wanting to step it up to the next level and compete muay thai kickboxing in the ring!
