Founded in 1987, Fiera Foods Company manufactures bakery products for foodservice, retail, convenience, and drug channels. Its principal product families include bagels, croissants, puff pastries, Danish and cinnamon pastries, artisan breads, and rolls. The company develops channel specific formats spanning freezer to oven, fully baked, par baked, and proof and bake programs, alongside packaged products ready for retail sale. Its research and development innovation center works with chefs on product development, while production equipment enables evaluation under conditions that replicate customers’ operating environments.

Manufacturing operations are based in Toronto and serve international partners. Fiera Foods maintains backup capability across its production operations and has expanded frozen warehousing capacity. Food safety systems encompass supplier approval, allergen controls, pathogen monitoring, finished product sampling, ingredient screening, metal detection, foreign material controls, and food security procedures. All manufacturing plants hold BRCGS AA ratings following annual independent audits, and the company’s products are certified Kosher by the Kashruth Council of Canada. The business is also pursuing ISO 22000 certification as part of its food safety and continuous improvement program.
