Its output spans premium and super premium foods as well as more economical lines, with the same factory designed to serve these distinct product positions. Ingredient selection gives priority to fresh ingredients, which undergo thermal processing intended to retain nutrients, vitamins, minerals and flavour. The company combines specialised personnel, process technology and an integrated management policy to govern production from raw material selection through dispatch of finished goods.

Food safety is embedded throughout the manufacturing process and reinforced by IFS Food certification, held since 2017 and renewed annually at the Higher Level classification, the standard’s highest food safety tier. PetMaxi pairs branded product distribution with private label manufacturing, giving commercial partners access to established pet food lines and production for their own brands. This dual model positions the business as both a manufacturer and a distribution partner within the dog and cat nutrition sector.
