Founded in 1988, the company operates HACCP facilities in Richmond, British Columbia, where it processes fresh vegetables, stocks, sautéed meats, vegetables, and rouxs. It serves multi-unit chain restaurants, institutions, supermarket service delis, frozen retail and club stores, and ships products across Canada, the United States, and Japan. Its custom processing work covers proprietary product development, recipe duplication, and sample matching. Development can include stovetop batches, idea pricing, small production runs, ingredient supplier validation, CFIA label approval for meat-based products, product specifications, ECCC net registration, and HACCP-plan procedures. The business became a wholly owned subsidiary of Premium Brands Holdings Inc. in 2020.
